By opting in to receive text messages from HELP Now AZ, you agree to the terms outlined below.

5. Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider and network availability.
6. Age Restriction (18+)
By opting in to receive SMS messages from HELP Now AZ, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are a parent or legal guardian providing consent on behalf of a minor in connection with program participation.
